Joao has over 11 years of Telecom Consulting experience for a multitude of clients in the TMT space, including fixed and mobile operators in developed and emergent markets.

His areas of expertise includes M&A, Strategy and Business Planning, ICT, Mobile Data, M-Payments, Tower Management and cost optimization.

Before joining Delta Partners, Joao worked in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Arthur D. for little over a 10 year period in the Iberian Peninsula and Brazil. He consulted for a multitude of clients in the Telecom, Infrastructure and FMCG / Retail sphere.

Joao is Portuguese national and holds and MBA degree from INSEAD (France) and a Civil Engineering degree from IST, Lisbon.
