Josep Mª is a Partner at Delta Partners, where he has been part of the Advisory team over the past 6 years, acting as C-Level advisor to key industry clients in the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe & CIS markets.

Josep has more than 16 years of experience in management consulting in the telecom and high-tech industries, supporting Network Operators, Vendors and other relevant industry players, combining strategic advice with operational assignments, in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, “go-to market” strategies, and organizational design and governance.

During the recent years, Josep has been focusing on providing an answer to key challenges and opportunities the telco industry has been facing in emerging and high-growth markets, driving top line growth and also ensuring the adoption of the right business to optimize thebottom line and returns on the investment.

He has also been acting as strategy advisory in several assignments led by Delta Partners’ Corporate Finance.

Prior to joining Delta Partners Josep was Principal at DiamondCluster (now Oliver & Wyman) in the Barcelona office.

He is Spanish and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
