Josep Que has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications and advisory industry.

At Delta Partners he has been involved in several strategic advisory projects for pan-MENA players directly supporting the CEO and other C-level clients. One of Josep's key assignments was the launch of a major telecom operator that operates in the largest GCC country in which Josep led the launch office team.

Prior to joining the company, Josep worked for one year as Principal at The Node Company, an innovation strategy consulting firm based in Barcelona, where he was involved in growth strategy projects for multinational companies in the telecommunications industry.

Before this, Josep worked for seven years at DiamondCluster (now Oliver Wyman) serving mainly telecommunication projects across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. During those seven years, Josep has been involved in several engagements varying from start-ups in Brazil and India to strategy related projects (i.e. due diligence, strategy definition and business planning, company valuations, etc.) for key European telecommunication operators.

Josep is a Partner at Delta Partners and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC (Barcelona) and Erasmus scholarship in the Politecnico di Milano.

Josep is fluent in Spanish (native), Catalan (native) and English and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
