KRISTOFF PUELINCKX
Group Managing Director

As one of our Managing Partners and Founders, Kristoff has been deeply exposed to the firm's Investment side of the business in the MEA and CIS regions. Kristoff has been General Manager, Executive Director and Board member of Delta Partners MENA Telecom Fund, as well as a member of the Investment Committee since April 2007. Kristoff currently sits on the Board of three of Delta Partners PE fund investments.

Prior to founding Delta Partners, Kristoff was one of the Founding Partners for DiamondCluster's (now Oliver Wyman) office in Dubai from in 2005 and previously was a Partner with the firm in Barcelona and London.

Previous experience also includes holding a succession of executive positions in 1996 – 2001 for Ernst & Young's Strategic Advisory Services in New York and London.

With over 15 years of Consulting and Investment experience in Telecom and High Tech, Kristoff's main expertise lies in the strategy and M&A area, having worked for leading mobile operators, as well as global network and equipment vendors and high-tech players on a range of Strategic Advisory, as well as transactional projects. Kristoff has worked across several continents, including the US, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

He is a Belgian national and holds an Engineering degree from the University of Gent in Belgium and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, including a program at the Haas Business School at Berkeley, California.
