VICTOR FONT
Group Managing Director

Victor has spent his entire professional career in the telecommunications, media and technology industries. He has served on Excom and Board level for many Fortune 500 companies in the TMT industry in Europe, Africa, South East Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

As part of the transformation of the telecommunications industry around the world, Victor has advised CEOs of newly established operators during their startup and post startup phases as well as incumbent operators in the need to reinvent their business models to survive and maximize shareholders value in the middle of the digital revolution.

His track record in the telecommunications, media and technology space includes taking a relevant role in several transactions including due diligences, (re)financing processes, and post-merger integrations.

Victor is a Board member of Delta Partners Telecom Fund I and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He currently sits on the Board of one of the Delta Partners’ portfolio companies, an advertising, media and TV business in North Africa (Karoui & Karoui). At a private level, Victor is also an investor and a Director in ARA, the first Catalan multiplatform media company launched in Barcelona in partnership with the International Herald Tribune/New York Times.

Before founding Delta Partners, Victor has served as a DiamondCluster (now Oliver Wyman) Partner in Sao Paolo, Barcelona and in Dubai. He was Managing Director of the DiamondCluster Middle East practice and member of the Management Committee of DiamondCluster for Europe, Latin America and Middle East.

Victor is a Spanish national and holds a BS and MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and a Program in International Management from Georgetown University, Washington DC. Victor speaks Catalan, Spanish, English, Portuguese and conversational French.
