Télécoms Sans Frontières (TSF) and the NGO Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Belgium (VSF Belgium) extended their collaboration in Niger to open on July 9th a new Telecommunications Community Centre in Abalak, located in one of the world’s most remote areas.
Thanks to the support of Delta Partners, the objectives of the initial phase were achieved with success. Construction of the centre, purchase of the telecom and computer equipment, recruitment and training of the local staff, setup of hardware and office software, configuration, and finally the official inauguration on 9 July.
