Prior to joining Delta Partners I had worked for another strategy consulting firm in Europe also focusing on TMT, and despite being satisfied with the challenge it brought to me, I decided to accept the challenge that Delta Partners was offering, an international experience throughout Middle East and Africa, dealing with the top TMT companies as strategic advisors.

Almost 5 years on, I look back and I smile acknowledging that I couldn’t have taken a better decision than joining Delta Partners

The company had been created barely one year before I joined, and a bunch of 40 professionals were waiting for me with open arms. Who would have thought that not only have those 40 professionals been able to establish and instill a fantastic culture and working atmosphere, but also that, despite the fierce competition, we would be able to grow so much in so little time and take us to the next level - where we are currently standing in Delta Partners. I still feel that we are a big family ready to help each other not only in a professional way but going that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and willing to show your true self and be accepted in such an international environment.

Many things need yet to be done, many milestones yet to accomplish, but the pillars of this company (people and care) are sound and I am sure will let us build our dreams as we have been building them over the last years…without limits
