MENTORING

Each practice staff member has a Mentor. The Mentor supports the performance of the employee having a dual role:

 

Career Developer

The mentor has long term view on a consultant's performance, conducting continuous discussions with project managers, as well as carrying out context check with peers and subordinates, in order to cross-check reference performance and matters. The mentor is also responsible for preparing and presenting the career progress case to the Partner group during the evaluation cycle. Each Mentor is expected to have regular informal sessions with the practice staff member(s) for whom he/she is responsible.

 

Coach

The Mentor acts as counsellor to the practice staff member on career-related issues, having regular sessions with the consultant to discuss overall career progress, project matters and developments needs.
