Delta Partners Group, a global telecoms, media and digital advisory and investment firm, has been named as one of the best workplaces.

The award, which is the second successive prize secured by Delta Partners, recognizes companies with outstanding performance in leadership, personal growth, compensation, employee wellbeing and management sentiment. The winners are chosen based on confidential feedback provided by employees to global research and training consultancy firm, Great Place to Work.

The official list was announced at an awards ceremony on April 25, 2018 at UAE’s Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel and ranks the 25 best employers based on confidential employee feedback and an audit of management policies and practices.

To select the best workplaces, Great Place to Work evaluates each participating company. Two-thirds of the company’s score is based on the results of the Institute’s proprietary Trust Index survey, which is sent to the company’s employees. The survey asks about the management’s credibility, employee engagement and job satisfaction. The remainder of the score is based on the company’s responses to the Institute’s Culture Audit, which includes details on pay and benefits as well as questions on hiring, communication and development.

Each entry is judged according to performance in eight key areas: Leadership; wellbeing; giving something back; personal growth; fair deal; and how members of staff feel towards their manager, company and team.
