STRATEGY


Delta Partners' investment strategy is to focus on companies looking for growth capital to expand their businesses, as well as to participate in selected larger buyouts. We are seeking to invest in companies with established business models that need both financing and engaged, value-added shareholders to help take them to the next level.


Our ideal growth capital target companies have enterprise values in the range of $50 to $250 million, where we look to invest between US$25 and US$75 million. We are looking for companies in which we can add significant value through our expertise as well as our relationships. We will also invest in selected larger buyouts where our industry expertise will allow us to be a value-added partner in a larger consortium.
