The Support Professionals at Delta Partners comprise of high-calibre individuals who come from different experiences and backgrounds with specific expertise. These individuals are experts in their areas of responsibility and their main focus is to provide service excellence to the businesses across our office locations.
The Desktop Publishing department (DTP) specialises in the creation of documents and visual aids for client presentations, RFPs, and Marketing and Recruitment collaterals. The department mainly supports the business lines for client projects and also supports other departments in presentation and graphics support. The DTP department is also responsible for ensuring that all final client deliverables are in adherence to our branding guidelines.
The Finance department’s main role is the provision of timely and accurate information to the businesses for sound strategic decision-making. It comprises of a team of experienced accountants managing the Group’s accounts payable, employee expenses, client billing, collections, revenue, tax, treasury, and financial planning functions globally. The department also manages the Group’s finances and provides guidance to achieve the firm's global business goals, objectives and strategy.
The Human Resources department comprises of teams of experienced professionals that offer global HR strategy for the Group. The department also provide support in the areas of compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition and staffing. The HR department works closely with the Partner Group to put in place Group policies globally that are competitive in the market place.
Offering global IT support from each office location, the IT team provides technology solutions and services globally to ensure the smooth running of the business. The IT team also assists in the maintenance of our website, intranet and other internal IT systems.
The Intelligence Unit is an integral research team facilitating research requirements of projects, the development of intellectual capital and delivering TMD insights. The highly experienced, multi-lingual IU professionals are individually leveraged by consultants for their respective geographical and functional expertise.
The legal department provides assistance on an array of legal and compliance matters that arise across each of the business lines. The department also provides general corporate, compliance and employment related legal advice and support to the Group as a whole and any general advice that may be required in the context of an expanding telecommunications business looking to develop into new business lines and markets.
The Marketing Department supports the firm by managing media relations, public relations, event organisation and co-ordination, CRM, managing our digital and social media channels and any marketing and communication activity that builds our brand externally. The Marketing team also works with other departments and business lines in publishing content and blogs as well as managing internal communications.
The Office Administration team comprises of experienced professionals ranging from Office Managers to Receptionists that ensure the smooth running of the offices. The team also comprises of Personal and Executive Assistants who provide day-to-day support to the Associate Partner and Partner Group globally. The Office Administration team also manages the office facilities in all of our locations.
Our in-house team of travel experts caters to the employees’ travel needs, providing full support for all the logistic requirements and services offered. The team specialises in travel procurement and works with various suppliers, agencies and vendors to gain savings by negotiating corporate discounts as well as managing supplier contracts to drive the company’s overall cost containment.
