Covid-19 has driven a dramatic increase in digital adoption. In fact, our recent research study on the pandemic's impact on digital usage revealed that 54% of consumers now consider themselves to be digital-first.
However, while Covid-19 created a forced opportunity for brands to reposition their digital experience, the research also shed light on certain insights that are contrary to popular beliefs. Going forward, businesses will need to be cautious of common myths surrounding digital acceleration.
