Delta Partners appoints new non-executive partner in its Johannesburg office
Johannesburg, 8 February 2018
Delta Partners, a leading advisory and investment firm specialising in the telecoms, media and digital (TMD) space, has announced the appointment of Sharoda Rapeti as a non-executive partner of the firm, based in the company’s Johannesburg office.
Rapeti has over 30 years of experience in the electronics, broadcasting and telecommunications sectors, having advised high profile clients including blue chip TMT companies as well as public sector clients on a range of growth areas, including digital broadcasting, broadband and Smart Cities solutions.
Prior to joining Delta Partners, Sharoda most recently worked for Deloitte Consulting in South Africa, where she spent seven years serving as an industry leader for the TMT practice. As part of her role, Sharoda led several broadband assignments for the National Treasury, National, Provincial, and local Government clients as well as private sector clients. During this time, she advocated broadband as the bedrock for Smart Cities, digitisation of government and digital citizenships.
